A collaborative storytelling game concerning you playing yourself, and the world going to shits. You and some other players need only two regular six-sided dice, and a few hours. 

You have a game night, everything else is irrelevant.

But something peculiar, strange, scary, perilous and terrifying is happening, and you must face it.

The dice will lead you. There's no plot, you must play to find out what happens next.

You hear a noise? Be frightened and urged to check it out. Something is threatening you? Run! Do you need shelter or gear? Search or negotiate, but find it difficult somehow. You cannot run? Fight! Making a move requires you to be in trouble. When you face danger, make it dramatic. If a danger is no trouble, if it’s negligible, then it’s not dangerous enough. Trouble is good. Trouble makes the game fun. No trouble is boring.

It’s your story, you tell it together, and decide how it ends.

This game was inspired directly by a debate on a Discord server about how to separate the in-game persona and skills from the actual players and real life skills.

Still a very academical piece, but contains a game mechanics experiment that I'd like to develop further at some point, and I'm backing the ideas captured in it.
